By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. These terms apply to all users, visitors and clients.

Coaching sessions are scheduled by appointment. Once a session is confirmed, you will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate at our discretion.

Fees for coaching programs and sessions are communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Any refunds or payment disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support your personal growth and relationship goals. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice or a substitute for professional mental health services.

Rohit J. Bhandarii and Mind Your Love do not guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on your participation, openness and commitment to the process.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to harass, abuse or threaten others, or to transmit any harmful, offensive or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Your Love and Rohit J. Bhandarii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in coaching services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
